I loved all the information here! Thank you for sharing. I remember that awhile back you had recommended her cookbook, so I need to buy it. We can all use help on how to age well!

Thank you so much for reading Natalie, and that's wonderful to hear! So glad you found all Annie's tips so helpful (me too!!). I also remember your fab post on the Blue Zones, and all the ways the eating and lifestyle habits have inspired you! 💙

While I love the phrase "caffeine curfew" I don't always adhere to it...eek. But I love what continues to come out of research about the effects of alcohol. As a teetotaler (save for an annual outing with champagne), I can't say enough how much I feel menopause and aging overall have been positively impacted by my lack of imbibing.

Thank you for sharing Dr. Fenn's wisdom and The Brain Health Cookbook!

Oh Christine, 🙌🙌 to all of this—I’m WITH YOU on the ☕️☕️☕️, and yes, isn’t that such a great phrase?! I’ve been trying to work out when mine is (and I’m guilty of cheating with mugs of extra strong British tea probably too late on in the day, long after coffee, and telling myself they don’t count, but they totally do! 😂). And that’s so interesting about the alcohol intake—I absolutely notice the effect on my sleep, even hot flashes I think, after even just a glass once in a while, organic seems to make a difference, but then again, not always! So I am looking to seriously follow suit, and there are so many great 0% options available now, and Annie suggests mocktails, too, at BHK. Thank you so much for reading, and for this—so good (and fascinating!) to hear! XO

This is great! One day I will live in a blue zone and understand I need a 'caffeine curfew' but for now, the things I'm doing well are: I'm almost full medi diet, I'm sprinkling pumpkin seeds on my berries and greek yogurt and I take long walks! Fab as usual, Jen! xx

I LOVED Annie's ☕️ curfew idea, but it's the late night laptop-ing and scrolling I KNOW I need to stop, and makes the biggest difference when I curb it/bring it back just a bit before bedtime... gah! You are CRUSHING the 💙 zone goals!! Annie has a way of making it seem real life-applicable, and adaptable—work in progress here (oh so much!!)! Thank you so much for reading (and I need to catch up on your latest!). 🥰
